REHABILITATION
At A1 Performance Club our goal is to produce pain-free movement that will last. Many fitness professionals offer “quick fixes” to manage pain for a short period. Our programming offers life changing results in that we aim to eliminate your pain FOR GOOD.
We use movement evaluations and exercise interventions based on what the scientific literature has proven effective. We are unique because we address the root cause of the injury, instead of just managing the symptoms. In doing so, we educate our clients on why and how their injury occurred and what they need to do to make sure it never happens again. Our approach is based upon empowering our clients by allowing them to take an active role in their own recovery. We offer customized programs which are designed to help produce stable movement patterns, and increase range of motion, so that you can perform tasks without limitation and build the strength and endurance required to achieve your goals.
