There’s one thing that stands true for all, strength is never a weakness. At A1 Performance Club our coaches know the value of strength. It’s a priority for every client that walks through our doors, and at our facility, we practice what we preach. We are proud to have coaches who have all performed in their respective areas at a high level, strength sports included. Whether your goals are to utilize strength training to increase bone density and general quality of life or compete in strongman or powerlifting at a competitive level, our coaches know how to get you there.

At A1 Performance Club our coaches will take a 360⁰ approach to your training to ensure you become the best and strongest version of yourself. We look beyond the barbell, into stress and recovery management to ensure you’re firing on all cylinders when the time comes.
